Our History to Present Day

As per order of Governor Baker and for the safety and health of everyone, we will be closed until further notice. Until we are allowed to re-open, all business has been paused. We wish you health and safety. 


When Twice the Diva opened its doors in 2010, our goal was to give our customers a fun place to shop with fashionable styles, name brand clothing and accessories in Teen, Misses and Plus sizes that were in fabulous condition and at fabulous prices.

Since then we have greatly expanded our space and our selection of items to include Young Mens merchandise, too!


Today, our goal is to still provide you, our customer, with a pleasant shopping atmosphere all while offering you items in like new to new condition at prices that you will love! 


We carefully look over every item to offer you a fabulous shopping selection and we place hundreds of new items out weekly!  We carry a range of items including: Designer handbags, jeans, tops and dresses for all occasions, jewelry, shoes to all other clothing items including athletic wear!

How To Consign With Us

Beginning January 1, 2020, we will have a new consignor agreement in place. Please allow extra time to fill out your new agreement.


Reduce! Reuse! Recycle! 


At Twice the Diva, we  offer a 50/50 split; returns on items consigned or not sold; account balances easily available for payout or usable toward purchases with now a 15% discount!! You have everything to gain including extra cash in your pocket!


The details...

When are items accepted and what do you accept? 

  • Appointments: Scheduled Monday through Friday.
    • For High End Luxury items: Appointments are required IF there are any concerns regarding the pricing of these items. Proof of authentication is required.
  • Drop Offs: Accepted Monday-Friday only. Drop offs  are not accepted on Saturdays.
  • We no longer are taking in gowns on consignment.
  • You can bring up to a maximum of 30 items per appointment or drop off. 
  • Drop offs are on a first come, first serve basis and will be processed as quickly and efficiently as possible within a 2 week period. 
  • Appointments will take priority over drop offs and will be processed within two (2) business days. 


What can we consign for you?
Our shop specializes in like new to new items for:

  • Young Men's (sizes XS to XL)
  • Misses
  • Teens 
  • Plus

You can consign these great quality & current style items:

  • Clothing
  • Shoes
  • Jewelry
  • Handbags
  • Seasonal accessories 
  • Brands from Target to Gap, Banana Republic, J. Crew to Vineyard Vines, Fossil, Lululemon to high end couture, designer items like Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Burberry, Gucci, Louis Vuitton & more!


All items must be in:

  • New to like new condition
  • In current style within the last two (2) years
  • Items need to be in season (See our seasonal schedule below.)
  • Freshly laundered
  • Wrinkle free and must be ready to hang out on our sales floor as we do not steam or press items
  • Free of smoke and mildew odor
  • Pet fur and lint free
  • Be folded neatly in a structured bag or bin.


We do NOT accept the following items on consignment:

  • Anything soiled or stained, wrinkled, smoke or mildew odor
  • Items with pet fur on them
  • Items with missing buttons, frayed linings, rips, tears, moth holes 
  • Outdated styles are not accepted
  • Prom Gowns or gowns in general
  • Bridesmaid dresses
  • Mother of the bride/groom or wedding gowns
  • Men's suits, dress shirts or ties
  • Knockoff handbags and/or accessories as they are illegal to sell 
  • Maternity items
  • Children's clothing or any children's items
  • Furs 
  • Bras or any lingerie items
  • Items on hangers
  • We will not be able to go through items not properly prepared or found not to be  suitable for sale based on our guidelines. 


Which Young Men's items do we accept?

  • Items in current style & popular brands found in stores today: Hollister, American Eagle, Nike, Reebok, Vineyard Vines, Under Armour, Adidas, Banana Republic, J. Crew, Gap, Polo, Ralph Lauren, Burberry, Versace, Vans, Adidas, Abercrombie & Fitch, Express, H&M, North Face, etc.


Which Young Men's items are we looking for?

  • Sizes X-Small- X-Large
  • All athletic wear
  • Khakis (flat front only)
  • In season outerwear
  • Sweatshirts
  • In season T's & shirts
  • Sneakers & casual shoes
  • Golf attire (In Spring/Summer)
  • New England sports teams
  • Popular Colleges
  • Men's jewelry & accessories
  • No suits, dress shirts or ties


We accept the following items during these months:

  • January 21st through July 15th: Spring and Summer 
  • After Memorial through July 15th: Summer only
  • August 1st through October 1st: Fall
  • October 1st through January 15th: Winter
  • September 15th through November 1st: Christmas/Holiday

How will I know what items you have taken in on consignment?

  • Items will be looked through within two (2) weeks of your drop off day.
  • Once we are done looking through your items, we will send you a courtesy email with the status of your items.
  • If applicable, an itemized report of accepted items will be attached along with your end of consignment period date. 
  • We do not list unaccepted items.
  • All unaccepted items will either be returned or donated.
  • Please contact us if you haven't received your email by 2 weeks from your drop off day.


What if I do not have email?

  • If there aren't any un-consigned items to be returned to you, we will mail you an itemized list of your consigned items.
  • If you have chosen to pick up your items, we will have an itemized list printed out for you and placed with your un-consigned items .


What if I would like my un-consigned items returned to me?

  • We look through items within 2 weeks of the drop off day.  
  • Un-consigned item(s) must be picked up two (2) weeks from drop off date or by pick up date given at time of drop off regardless of whether or not an email has been received.
  • Any item(s) left past this date will be considered abandoned and become sole property of Twice the Diva.
  • If you cannot make this deadline because of special circumstances, you must contact us before the pick up deadline.


Where do we donate to? 

  • We work with Second Chance Ministries, a ministry of Good News Bible Chapel in Attleboro.
  • We have also been able to donate items to other local charities and schools to help our communities and those in need.
  • We also use donated items to help raise money for local charities like our local town food pantry.


How long will my items be consigned for?

  • Items will be on consignment for a period of 60 days.


How do I know which items have sold?

  • You can check your account online by clicking on the link under the subtitle 'CONSIGNOR LOGIN'.
  • Please contact the store with any questions.


It's the end of my consignment period. What do I do now? Contact us! :-)

  • Please contact us by the consignment period end date that was emailed to you to schedule a date. This allows us time to pull your items off the floor and have them ready for you.
  • Consignors then need to pick up their items within one week (7 days) of this scheduled pick up date.
  • Any item(s) not scheduled for pick up by the end of the consignment date or not picked up within one week (7 days) of scheduled pick up day will become property of Twice the Diva.
  • If you choose to not have unsold items returned to you after the consignment period, all unsold items will become the sole property of Twice the Diva and may be sold and/or donated to a charitable organization.
  • Consignors are responsible to keep track of their consignment period(s) and to contact us by the end of their consignment period to pick up items. 


What if I would like my consigned items returned to me before the consignment period ends?

  • Because we put a lot of work in researching, pricing and placing your items out on the sales floor, we require that you leave consigned items in the store for the full selling period. 
  • Should you desire to take back your items before the consignment period ends, the consignor will be required to pay an 'Early Withdrawal' fee per item of 20% of the current price of the item(s).
  • A two day notice is required.


How are items priced?

  • All items are priced per the discretion of the processing department based on market research, brand, style, condition and demand of merchandise. 
  • Prices are non-negotiable.
  • Twice the Diva Consignment Boutique reserves the right to determine prices, hold sales or mark down items at any time without consulting the consignor.


What % do I receive on my items when they sell?

  • The consignor receives 50% of the final net selling price excluding any taxes, fees, etc. were applicable.
  • All items will include a store handling fee paid by the customer at the time of purchase. This fee belongs to Twice the Diva 


Account balances and Payment.

Note: We do not send out checks or contact consignors automatically when items have sold.
 **For ALL payouts, regardless of consignor's payout preference, a valid I.D. is required.** 

  • Store Credit 
    • Use account balance towards in store purchases and receive 15% off your entire purchase. 
  • Cash Payouts 
    • Any balance of $15.00 or less will be paid by cash (in store). 
      • There is no prior notification needed to Twice the Diva. 
  • Check Payouts 
    • Checks must be requested in advance. We will let you know when your check is available for pick up. 
    • Checks can take 7-14 days to process.
    • There are no same day check payouts.
    • Any account balances over $15.00 must request a check. 
    • Checks can be picked up in store or mailed to consignor. 
      • There will be a $1.00 payout fee for all checks written and an additional $1.00 fee for all checks requested to be mailed out that will be deducted from account balances.
    • Any checks that are not picked up and/or cashed within 180 days will be reissued as store credit. 
    • There is a $30.00 stop payment fee and $5.00 rewrite fee for any checks that need to be re-written.
      • These fees will be taken out of account balance and a new check will be written out for the remaining account balance. 
  • Account balances will be eligible for cash or check payout for one (1) year from selling date of each item. 
    • After 1 year of selling date for each item, the balance will be subject to store credit only. 
    • Any item(s) sold prior to January 1, 2020 will not be affected and stay eligible for normal payouts until January 1, 2021. 
    • Starting January 1, 2021 all items will be subject to new store credit payout policy. 


Responsibility for Merchandise

Twice the Diva makes our best effort to sell and care for all consignments. However, all consigned merchandise is left at the consignor's risk. Twice the Diva Consignment Boutique cannot be held responsible nor will we reimburse consignor for any loss or damage by fire, theft, accident, or any other cause.
